HVC is now entering the initial phase of developing our latest Multifamily Investment Opportunity in Oliver, downtown Edmonton.
We worked very closely with our third-party analytics team to select precisely the right location for our newest Edmonton development. Located in the exceptional Oliver neighborhood, our new site is 52,000SF of prime infill land.
Immediately adjacent to our new project is Grant MacEwan University, Oliver Square commercial center and multiple parks and recreation centers. Additionally, all the best features of the Edmonton downtown core such as the Brewery and Ice Districts are within walkable distance or a just short ride on the incoming 104 Ave LRT line.
